Terms & conditions for booking

(a) Standard rental rate offered is based on 12-month tenure. If a shortened tenancy is offered and pre-agreed by our representative, then you may opt for the shorten tenure based on the agreed rental (which will be higher than the standard rate).

(b) All payments must be settled prior to check-in.

(c) Any cancellation will result in forfeiture of payment made.

(d) Tenant has to schedule check in with our Operation Officer, 3 days before the actual check-in day.

(e) Check in dates amendment is subject to management approval and availability. The amendment should not be more than 7 days before and after the pre-agreed check-in date.
